These terms and conditions are incorporated into all bookings (whether made on line, by telephone or any other method) and all agreements for the provision of services by the Company (Demi Couture/ Cleo Lacey).
Definitions
Services means personal shopping, wardrobe consultations and any other services provided to you by Demi Couture. “Client” or “you” means any person who contracts with the Company for the provision of Services.
Payments
Relationship with Stores
The Company does not act as agent for any of the stores to which we may introduce you or accompany you for shopping. Contracts for the purchase of goods are between you and the relevant store and the terms and conditions of sale and requirements regarding price, returns, defects and all other issues will be such as the store may impose or as you may agree with the store. The Company has no liability for the quality, condition or performance of any goods which you may purchase during the course of, or as a result of, the provision of Services by the Company.
Liability
The Company warrants that it will perform the Services with reasonable skill and care. Subject to this no warranty or condition is given, made or to be implied in respect of the Services and none is to be implied except for any warranty or condition implied by law. In any event liability of the Company, its directors and employees to you will be limited to and shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to the Company for the provision of the relevant Services.Wording for Web pages
