How much money do I need for a days shopping with you?
Everyone’s budget is very different, this will depend upon what you need which is determined by the wardrobe consultation. Once we have an idea of what you’re missing and what I feel you need in your wardrobe to bring everything together and elevate your style we can evaluate your shopping list and talk about budget etc. This can be split between the year and doesn’t need to be spent all at once. I work with almost any budget but you want to be able to make the most out of your time with me.
Do you only shop at high end designer level?
No not at all, my personal style is to mix high-street with designer and although clients may want one more than the other I work with both on a very regular basis. I love the high street and small independent boutiques and believe the UK have the most amazing retail experiences to offer. I also think it’s more stylish and individual to mix the two… I’m more than happy to pop a bit of Chanel with my Zara! I also teach my clients where they can save and where they should spend to make the most out of their outfits.
I’m not sure which wardrobe consultation I should book?
The time it takes is all dependent on the size of your wardrobe. I work quick but you will only ever be charged for the service you receive and not over. If you are still unsure just send me some pictures of your wardrobe to cleolacey@demi-couture.co.uk and I can give you a rough idea of how long you can expect it to take.
Who pays for the lunch whilst on a shopping trip?
Unless it’s the gold package where lunch is included, this will generally be paid for by the client as a thank you. I am however more than happy to pay for myself and lunch doesn’t have to be an option if you’d prefer not to include it into your time with me. Most clients enjoy the experience as part of their day but if you’d prefer to leave this that’s absolutely fine!
Do you work with all shapes, ages and sizes?
Absolutely!! I have clients who range from a size 4 to 28, from teenagers to clients in their 70’s. No one is discriminated against.
What are the travelling costs involved?
Mileage is worked out on an individual basis and added onto the wardrobe consultation. The mileage has been factored into the cost of the days shop in various cities.
Do you travel abroad?
Yes, I have international clients who I am happy to see. They cover the cost of my flight and hotel as well as an international day rate. Please get in touch if you’d like to enquire?
What are the cancellation policies?
How long are vouchers valid for?
12 months from date of purchase.
